The location of the project is represented by maritime scenery, through the sound and the movements of the rivers. The simplicity of the structure drawn with reinforced concrete, wood flooring and the prevalence of the white shade creates a boat view. The sophistication is due to the modern and comfortable furniture, and the landscaping is fully integrated with the leisure area.
