Gabriel Gemaque presents in this selection of 3 works of art, the celebration of a typical festival in different regions of the globe, as an affective memory to elements such as colors, flags and bonfires. Such Festejo, originally brought from Europe, Iberian Peninsula. Festa Junina or Festa de Todos os Santos are some of the names for the celebration that takes place in June since the Pre-Gregorian period, initially celebrating the fertility of the land and later the celebration of popular saints. Such a party, contagious the feeling of union with the inserted communities and different peoples through their own customs as memories passed from generation to generation. In times of pandemic and conflicts (2022) the artist invites visitors to be moved by such a feeling and inspire the celebration of memories and dreams.
